This is an expedited settlement of a RCRA-UST Field Citation case. On 08/23/04, a citation was issued for failing to provide adequate line leak detector system for UST piping system, failure to have annual line tightness test on pressurized piping, and failure to install adequate overfill prenetion equipment in a new tank.
