This is an expedited settlement of a RCRA-UST field citaiton case. On 8/26/04, a citation was issued for failure to provide release detection method for tanks, failure to provide adequate line leak detector system for UST piping, and failure to use spill prevention for existing system. Facility complied with citation and paid the fine.
