An Administrative Order is issued to W. H. Braum, Inc., for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act, specifically failure to adequately contain waterborne pollutants from the silage storage area; failure to adequately contain discharge of bio-solids from the compost area; failure to adequately contain the runoff of pollutants from the concrete batch plant area; failure to adequately contain the discharge from the feed mixing hay storage and feed cubing area; unauthorized discharge of wastewater from the ice cream plant into the animal waste retention structure; and incomplete location maps or layout drawing(s) of wastewater distribution lines. The Order requires the facility to properly design structures at the silage storage area, the bio-solids compost area, and the concrete batch plant to contain all wastewater plus runoff generated during the 25-year, 24-hour storm event; document contents of wastewater produced at the ice cream plant flowing into the animal waste retention structure, and; submit the engineering location maps or layout drawing(s) of the wastewater distribution lines
