Permittee is a Municipality, under the laws of the State of New Mexico, and operates a wastewater treatment plant, located in the Village of Chama, Rio Arriba County, NM. Permittee failed to submit DMRs, failed to report limits for Ammonia on the NCR, and violated the permit limits for BOD, TSS, Fecal and TRC. Permittee is subject to regulations of the Clean Water Act (CWA) and National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES).
