VIOLATIONS: The Respondent's tank battery was a point source of discharge of pollutants, specifically oil field brine, to the receiving waters of a tributary of Salt Creek, located in the Northeast Quarter of Section 21, Township 15 North, Range 8 East, Creek County, Oklahoma. The discharge of brine was documented during an October 28, 2004 inspection.
