This facility was one of several facilities inspected during the EPA Region 2 and NYSDEC Rochester Inspection Initiative in the Summer of 2004. The facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-FC-587, in the amount of $850, for the following violations: 40 CFR 280.34(c)(1): Failure to maintain records at UST site and immediately available for inspection; 280.41(b)(1)(ii): Failure to have annual line tightness test or perform monthly monitoring on pressurized piping; 280.41(a): Failure to monitor tanks at least every 30 days; 280.31(d): Failure to maintain records of cathodic protection inspections; and 280.31(b): Failure to ensure proper operation of cathodic protection system.
