Summary of Findings:
* No Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure Plan.
* No training on the opertion and maintenence of equipment to prevent discharges.
* Accumulated oil on the rainwater is not removed and returned to storage of disposed of in accordance with legally approved methods.
* Excessive vegetation which affects the integrity and/or walls of containment system are slightly eroded or have low areas.
* Visual inspections of containedrs, foundation and supports are not conducted periodically for deterioration and maintenance needs.
