September 28, 2004, NMED inspection found the Sangre De Cristo Condos and Lodge facility under construction by Seven Summits Land Development, LLC.,(owner/operator) without a storm water discharge permit and storm water pollution prevention plan. The construction activities of the facility are subject to the NPDES federal storm water regulatory program. December 2004, EPA addressed the violations at the facility with the issuance of an Expedited Settlement Offer and Administrative Order for compliance to the owner/operator.
