September 15, 2004, NMED conducted an inspection of the Pinos Altos Ranch Subdivision and found the facility in violation of permit requirements under the NPDES federal storm water regulatory permit program. December 2004 EPA addressed this violation with the issuance of an Expedited Settlement Offer and Administrative Order for compliance to the owner/operator Quail Ridge Ltd. Co., LLC.
