A storm water compliance inspection was conducted August 6, 2004, by EPA at the Bentley Village Addition in Fort Worth, TX, to evaluate compliance with the Texas Storm Water Construction General Permit. Rafter J, Inc. has submitted a Notice of Intent (NOI) and had developed and implemented a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). However, there were a few violations of the permit including no description pf permanent stabilization practices, no descrption of measures to minimize off-site vehicle tracking and generation of dust, selected control measures were not being properly maintained, and litter, construction debris, and construction chemicals exposed to storm water were not prevented from becoming a pollutant source. Because Rafter J Inc. met the criteria for the Expedited Settlement Offer (ESO), the Administrative Order was issued and the Administrative Penalty Order was accepted with a penalty of $1,750.00 paid
