This administrative order is issued to Moran Mountain Resorts, LLC, owner of the Hatchet Cafe and Motel, for failure to perform routine monitoring for bacteriological quality; failure to monitor for nitrate; failure to provide public notice of the violations; and failure to report the violations to EPA.
