A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) on May 13, 2004, at the construction site of Walgreens Store #9067, located at 701 East 20th Street, Farmington, NM. It was determined during the inspection that Cap II-20th/Butler LLC had not applied for coverage under the Storm Water Construction General Permit (CGP). An administrative order was drafted for the violation.
