This administrative order is issued to Wild West Partners, owner of Green Acres Mobile Home Park, for failure to monitor for lead and copper; failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria; failure to provide public notice of the violations; failure to adequately complete consumer confidence reports; failure to report NPDWR violations to EPA within 48 hours; and failure to report total coliform bacteria monitoring violations to EPA within 10 days of discovering the violations.
