ZENITRAM INDUSTRIES, INC. (NMU001427): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by the New Mexico Environment Department on August 25, 2004, at Zenitram Industries, Inc., to evaluate compliance with the Storm Water Multi-Sector General Permit. It was determined during that inspection that the Respondent had not developed and implemented a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) nor had they submitted a Notice of Intent (NOI) for permit coverage. An administrative order was issued to address these violations.
