A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by the New Mexico Environment Department (NMED) was conducted August 24, 2004, at the industrial site of Alcon & Son Excavation Company in Mora, NM, to determine compliance with the Storm Water Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP). During that inspection, it was determined that the facility was in non-compliance because there had been no Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) developed and implemented, nor had a Notice of Intent (NOI) been submitted for permit coverage. An administrative order was drafted to address these violations.
