The facility was inspected as part of a joint EPa/State inspection event in April 2002. The owner of the facility was issued Field Citation II-UST-520 in the amount of $200.00 for the following violations. (1) 40 CFR 280.31 (d) Failure to maintain records of cathodic protections inspections and (2) 40 CFR 280.93 (a) Failure to comply with financial responsibility requirements by the required phase in time.
