Pursuant to the settlement terms in this Compliance Agreement the facility has agreed to:(1)install and maintain closure devised (conservation vents) on its hazardous waste stroage tanks; (2) monitor the regulated valves on its hazardous waste storage tanks pursuant to 40 CFR 265.
