361 GROUP CONSTRUCTION SERVICES, INC. (TXU010480): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on September 1, 2004, at the Corsicana Marketplace Retail Center, to evaluate compliance with the Storm Water Construction General Permit (CGP). It was determined that the 361 Group Construction Services, Inc., was in non-compliance with the Clean Water Act in that a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) had not been developed and the operator had not applied for permit coverage under the CGP. Because 361 Group Construction Services, Inc., met the criteria, an Expedited Settlement Offer (ESO) was offered and accepted with a penalty amount of $5500.00.
