Two EPA representatives inspected Ocean Beauty Seafoods on September 14, 2004. Based upon this inspection, EPA believes Ocean Beauty?s Risk Management Program is deficient in the following areas:: Management, Process Hazard Analysis, Training, Compliance audits, and Emergency Response. This penalty is being offered as an Expedited Settlement Agreement.
