DENNIS GALLEGOS (NMU001446): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA on October 26, 2004, at a residual construction site owned and operated by Mr. Dennis Gallegos, located in the Morningstar Town Ranch 3, Farmington, NM. It was determined that Mr. Gallegos had not applied for permit coverage under the Storm Water Construction General Permit (CGP) and had not prepared a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP). Because Mr. Gallegos met the criteria, an Expedited Settlement Offer (ESO) was drafted addressing these violations.
