Two EPA representatives inspected Trident Seafoods Corporation, Kodiak Facility on September 16, 2004. Based upon this inspection, EPA believes Trident?s Risk Management Program is deficient in the following areas:: Management, Hazard Assessment, Process Hazard Analysis, Training, Management of Change, Compliance audits, Incident Investigation and Emergency Response. This penalty is being offered as an Expedited Settlement Agreement.
