This Administrative Civil Complaint alleges that Clarke Environmental Mosquito Management Inc., violated FIFRA for the misuse of two registered pesticides (Anvil and Vectolex) in accordance with Section 12(a)(2)(g). These violations occurred during the year 2000 West Nile Virus spray season throughout the five boroughs in New York.
Clark Environmental Mosquito Management Inc., is headquartered at: 159 North Garden Avenue, Roselle, Illinois 60172. At the time of these violations Clark was under contract to New York City Department of Health working from a Bronx location.
