September 29, 2004, NMED/SWQB inspection of the Olguin's, Inc. facility found the facility without the required NPDES permit, for its industrial activities. Failure to not obtain the permit coverage, violates Section 301 of the Clean Water Act. To address the violation, EPA has drafted and plans to issue an enforcement action (Administrative Order), that orders the owner of the facility to compy with the federal NPDES permitting requirements.
