## Summary

An Administrative Order was issued to 
Mr. Thomas Jackson on December 23, 2004, for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act.   On August 26, 2004, the Environmental Protection Agency conducted an on-site inspection which revealed that this facility's records were not current and the levels of effluent in the animal waste retention structures were unsatisfactory to the permits requirements.  This Order requires the facility to maintain all required records, and ensure the solid wastes and liquid effluent levels are maintained and disposed of properly.
