KEITH NANCE CONSTRUCTION (NMU001448): A storm water compliance inspection was conducted by EPA at a residential construction site on October 26, 2004, to evaluate compliance with the Storm Water Construction General Permit (CGP). It was determined that Keith Nance Construction, who is identified as an operator, had not developed a Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWP3), nor had a Notice of Intent (NOI) beensubmitted to apply for coverage under the CGP. Because the company met the criteria, an Expedited Settlement Offer (ESO) was drafted to address these violations.
