In response to the release or threatened release of hazardous substances at or from the site, EPA undertook response actions at the site and will undertake additional response actions in the future. The settling parties shall pay to the EPA Hazardous Substance Superfund a total of $200,000 payable in twelve monthly installments of $166,666.67 due on the first day of each month.
