Respondent was hired to demolish buildings, located on Block 5901, Lot 16 in Morristown, NJ. The Respondents have violated requirements of the National Emission Standard for Asbestos (Asbestos NESHAP) found at 40 C.F.R. 61.145(b). This case was based on an inspection conducted on September 30, 2004 by NJDOHSS.
