Baker Feedlot (OKG010269), Alva, Oklahoma: An Administrative Order was issued to
Mr. Greg Baker on February 2, 2004, for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act. On August 10, 2004, the Environmental Protection Agency conducted an on-site compliance inspection which revealed that this facility's records were not current and measures were not taken to dispose of animal carcasses properly, unsatisfactory to the permits requirements. This Order requires the facility to maintain all required records and ensure that animal carcasses are disposed of in a timely and proper manner.
