On November 5, 2003, EPA conducted an NPDES inspection of MCT Industries, Inc. and found the facility without the required NPDES storm water permit. EPA issued a Compliance Order to the owner of the facility, February 18, 2004, ordering compliance. EPA also plans to issue an Administrative Penalty Order requiring payment of penalty for the period of violation.
