The Complaint alleges that Respondent failed to prevent drift from the application of registered pesticides onto non-target areas and failed to comply with the FIFRA Worker Protection Standards. These actions constitute use of a registered pesticide in a manner inconsistent with its labeling and are violatins of Section 12(a)(2)(G) of FIFRA, 7 U.S.C. Para 136j(a)(2)(G).
