This is an AO pursuant to Section 404 of the Clean Water Act issued to CRV Enterprises and Ryan Voorhees. The violation involves the illegal discharge of dredged or fill material into waters of the United States, including wetlands. EPA estimates approximately 3.02 acres of wetlands suffered permanant loss.
