An Administrative Order was issued to
Mr. Gerald Brakhage for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act. On August 11, 2004, the Environmental Protection Agency conducted an on-site inspection which revealed that this facility's records were not current and measures were not taken to prevent animal contact with waters of the U.S., unsatisfactory to the permits requirements. This Order requires the facility to maintain all required records, and ensure that animal wastes are disposed of properly.
