An Administrative Order was issued to Mr. Race Bishop for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act. On March 3, 2004, Mr. Bishop reported animal waste discharges of February 22, 2004, and February 29, 2004, into Middle Creek, waters of the U.S. On March 4, 2004, during a subsequent inspection by the State of Oklahoma the inspector reported that the discharged animal waste was not cleaned up and continued to seep into Middle Creek. This Order requires the facility to ensure the solid wastes and liquid effluent levels are maintained/disposed of properly.
