An Administrative Order was issued to Mr. Ray Dean Doyle for violating Section 301 of the Clean Water Act. On August 25, 2004, the Environmental Protection Agency conducted an on-site compliance inspection which revealed that this facility's records were not current, animal wastes were not disposed of properly, and measures were not taken to prevent animal contact with waters of the U.S., unsatisfactory to the permits requirements. This Order requires the facility to maintain all required records, ensure the solid wastes and liquid effluent levels are maintained/disposed of properly, and measures are taken to prevent further animal contact with waters of the U.S.
