On September 20, 2004, Warren Wastewater Treatment Plant in Warren, MI was inspected to determine whether the facility was complying with the Risk Management Program regulations. The facility submitted an initial RMP on June 15, 1999. They resubmitted their update on June 17, 2004. The inspector found that the facility failed to implement their RMP Program. Some of the more serious violations include not completing a compliance audit, not maintaining records for both the worst case and alternative case release scenarios, and not implementing management of change procedures. A $6975 penalty is being sought.
