Between December 1999 and April 2004, 703 effluent limit violations were recorded which included 23 monthly average limit violations, 1 weekly average limit violation and 6 daily maximum violations. Pollutants exceeding the permit limits were fecal coliform bacteria, total suspended solids (TSS), biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) and total residual chlorine (TRC).
