The Village of Bath WWTP failed to comply with the ceiling concentration limit of 420 mg/kg in §503.13(b)(1) for Nickel (Ni) during the month of October 2007. The Laboratory result for the belt press 7J24003-01 grab sample collected on October 23, 2007 and analyzed on October 31, 2007 gave the result of 620 mg/kg for Nickel (Ni).
