The Town of Poughkeepsie-Arlington WWTP failed to comply with the site-specific average daily concentration limit of 33.7 mg/kg calculated by the Permittee for Cadmium (Cd) in the sewage sludge fed to the incinerator during the month of May 2007. The Laboratory result for the sludge cake sample number 97081 collected on May 1, 2007 and analyzed on May 10, 2007 gave the result of 97.7 mg/kg for Cadmium.
