This Administrative Order is issued to the Town of Melstone for failure to monitor for disinfection byproducts (total trihalomethane and haloacetic acids); failure to report turbidity monitoring results; failure to report residual disinfectant concentration monitoring results; failure to notify the public of the violations and failure to report the violations to the State.
