This Administrative Settlement Agreement and Order on Consent for Removal Action is issued to the Kennecott Utah Copper Corporation provides for theperformance of a remova action by respondents in connection with Lot 2, Section 24, T 4 South, R 5 West, also referred to as the Kennecott Waterman Area Parcel (OU4) of the Jacobs Smelter Superfund Site.
