The NSPS for Hot Mix Asphalt Facilities, at 40 C.F.R. §60.92(a)(1) prohibits the owner or operator of an affected facility to discharge or cause the discharge into the atmosphere any gases which contain particulate matter (PM) in excess of 0.04 grains per dry standard cubic foot (gr/dscf) on and after the date on which the performance test required to be conducted under Section 60.8 is completed.
