On May 14, 2007, Dan Fernandez and Cameron McDonald of EPA, conducted an unannounced site investigation at the Hydranautics facility (EPA ID# CAD 981679053.), to evaluate compliance with the Hydranautics applicable federal environmental statues and regulations, and in particular the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA).
4. Hydranautics failed to comply with the 40 CFR Regulations as required.
