EPA seeks recovery of costs it incurred performing a time-critical removal action at the Circle DE Lumber site between October 2005 and February 2006. Defendant, Jeld-Wen, Inc., was the prior owner and operator of the site during the time hazardous substances were released. EPA seeks to recover its costs pursuant to CERCLA Section 107.
