Violation: Section 301 of the Act was violated in that the Respondent failed to apply for permit coverage under the ADEQ Storm Water Multi-Sector General Permit for Industrial facilities and failed to prepare an adequate Storm Water Pollution Prevention (SWPPP) for the site.
