This Administrative Order is issued to PTI Remote Site Services, owner and/or operator of the Wyoming Lodge Crown Camp Services for failure to monitor for radionuclides, lead and copper, total coliform, volatile organic contaminants, and pesticide/herbicide organic contaminants. Respondent also failed to notify the public and EPA of the violations.
