This Administrative Order is issued ot Town Pump #9100 for failure to exceeding the maximum contaminant level (MCL) for total coliform bacteria, failure to construct the public water system according to the plans and specifications which were approved by the State on 3/1/1995, and failure to notify the public and the State of the violations.
