This Administrative Order is issued to the Spring Creek Coal Domestic PWS for failure to monitor for total coliform bacteria, disinfection byproducts, volatile organic contaminants, for exceeding the MCL for total coliform bacteria, for failure to provide public notice, and for failing to notify the State of the violations.
