This is an Administrative Penalty action pursuant to EPCRA 313 issued to Jim Jonas, Inc. The Violation involves failure to file timely Toxic Chemical Release Inventory Reporting Forms required under EPCRA 313 for 1,2,4 trimethylbenzene, toluene, xylene (mixed isomers), napthalene, n-hexane, benzene, and ethylbenzene and polycyclic aromatic compounds for reporting years 2005 and 2006. These violations were discovered during an on-site inspection and follow-up investigation. The settlement establishes a penalty of $10,000.
