The Armortex facility in Schertz, TX, was inspected by the US EPA Region 6 office on February 20, 2008, to determine compliance with EPCRA 313. Significant data quality errors were found for styrene for reporting years 2003 - 2006. EPA filed a concurrent Complaint and Consent Agreement & Final Order on September 3, 2008, and payment was received from Armortex in full on September 10, 2008.
