On November 30, 2007, Powell & Powell Milling disclosed non-reporting violations for zinc compounds, manganese compounds, selenium compounds, and copper compounds for reporting years 2002 - 2006 at their Green Forest, Arkansas facility. The facility corrected the violations and submitted Form Rs to EPA and the state of Arksansas. EPA issued a Notice of Determination waiving the gravity-based penalties on May 15, 2008.
